“My wife and I have contacted Lou Milano, Owner of Budget Exteriors after meeting with several Vinyl Siding Contractors to which we felt the pricing was out of line. We were referred to Mr. Milano, through a co-worker of my wife. Budget Exteriors had done work to their house.

What impressed us about Lou, was the time that he spent with us during the selection process. Our first meeting lasted almost 2 hours, as Lou inspected our home and listened to what we were trying to accomplish. We advised him of our target budget and wanted to know how we could achieve the look and specific material we wanted. We have a older home, that was built in the 1920’s with cedar shingles. We had years earlier replaced our roof using a Certainteed 50 year Architectural design. We were very concerned that replacing our current cedar shingles with vinyl siding would make the house look completely different. Lou suggested a product, Cedar Impressions by Certainteed that matched our roof perfectly.

Our second meeting with Lou was with various samples of the product and discussion about trim and several windows we needed replaced. Again, Lou gave us several hours on a weekend morning. Once we made the decision, our last step with Lou was the contract and payment terms. Both were fair and reasonable. At the end of the day, we went over our target budget but got the products we wanted. Our house and detached garage would be done completely in Cedar Shake Vinyl. Lou helped us pick out the details for over the windows and trim. We also replaced at total of 5 windows, 4 in the garage and our main Kitchen crank out. We also replaced all our gutters, which Lou had a company come on site to custom fit the house.”

“Lou’s team was fantastic! The crew worked long days and cleaned before they left each time. The lead installer, did everything we asked to ensure we were getting the house done right. The work took a total of about 3 weeks, and the final product was everything my wife and I have envisioned. Lou stood by his word, as we were waiting for a trim piece that needed to be special ordered and he did not ask for his final payment.

After the entire job was done, Lou came back on a Saturday morning and we walked the house and spoke for another couple of hours. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with every detail. The most important part of this business transaction occurred after the job was done about 2 months later. We noticed our kitchen window was not cranking out properly. We called Lou and he had a service tech come to the house to make an adjustment to the window. The adjustment was made, but the window still was not working to our expectations. We contacted Lou again, this time he worked directly with the manufacture to have the entire window replaced!”

The fit and finish of the install and carpentry was exactly what we were looking for…Our goal, was for the house to look like it did before the vinyl was applied.
