In order to access the extended warranties that are currently offered by asphalt shingle manufacturers your installer must be certified with that specific manufacturer. The installation must then follow strict guidelines set up by that specific manufacturer concerning shingle installation, underlayment and flashing. At Budget Exteriors we are proud to say we not only meet manufacturer and building code standards, we exceed them.

At Budget Exteriors we believe that the quality of a roof installation is only as good as the materials utilized. We only offer lifetime shingles from the three largest manufacturers in the world. We utilize the very best in underlayments including the best available Ice and Water barrier. At Budget Exteriors we only use synthetic shingle underlayments. Introduced only a few years ago, advanced polymer underlayments are the greatest advancement in residential roofing in many decades.

A Budget Exterior’s representative will visit your home, fully inspect your roof and when possible your attic space. We will then make specific recommendations based on those findings.
